I seen your post on rawing a ful sus bike, its a piece of piss! just strip the bike right down, bushings headset the bottem bracket, EVERYTHING. With a full sus bike you could have 3/4 different piece of the frame so make sure were everything goes back to. When thats done you can strip the paint with paint remover. When your spraying just tape up any areas that you dont wont paint in like the bottom bracket or were your headset goes. Hope this helps!

Hi, was looking through pics and saw your comment on that banshee x photo, and i have ridden a banshee with triples - marzocchi dropoff's 170mm travel. and it rides really nice with them on.
